Advantages Of High Pressure Spray Atomization

The high-pressure spray system consists of water purification and filtration system, water temperature control, water level control, constant pressure water supply, multi-pipe water delivery, intelligent instrumentation and humidity control. The tap water becomes softened water through the filter and is sent to the water tank. The water tank is equipped with an upper and lower water level control system, as well as a water temperature heating and temperature control system. The softened water enters the high-pressure pump, high-pressure pipeline and nozzle to form a high-pressure spray system. The high-pressure water pump is driven by a motor, and the humidity control system is composed of intelligent instruments, humidity sensors and high-pressure solenoid valves. The pressure pump pressurizes the softened tap water to 5MPa, and sends it to the back-splash nozzle through the high-pressure pipeline. The back-splash principle ensures that the nozzle does not drip.
Under high pressure, the water forms a high-speed rotating vortex in the nozzle, and sprays water mist particles with a diameter of 2 μm to 6 μm through the micro-holes. The water mist is fully contacted with the flowing air for heat and moisture exchange, increasing the moisture content of the air and reducing the temperature. In this process, the total enthalpy of air remains unchanged, which is an isoenthalpic humidification process.
The high-pressure spray system occupies a small area and is easy to install, which neither affects the lighting of the workshop nor normal production.
