Problem 1: The automatic spray gun jumps during the spraying process

Analysis of the reasons: 1. The automatic spray gun is not tightened or installed properly; 2. The needle seal kit is loose; 3. The coupling nut of the automatic spray gun is loose (under the spray gun); 4. The paint in the pot is insufficient; 5. The automatic spray gun set is damaged .

Solution: 1. Tighten the automatic spray gun or clean and install the automatic spray gun set; 2. Tighten the thimble seal kit; 3. Tighten the connecting nut; 4. Make up the paint; 5. Replace the automatic spray gun set.

Problem 2: The automatic spray gun has the phenomenon that the spray pattern is heavy or heavy

Cause analysis: 1. The air outlet of the automatic spray gun, thimble or air cap is blocked by debris; 2. The air cap or automatic nozzle is damaged.

Solution: 1. Clean the automatic spray gun set; 2. Replace the automatic spray gun set.

Problem 3: The phenomenon of no paint or a small amount of paint from the automatic spray gun

Reason analysis: 1. The air compensation hole of the gun pot cover is blocked or the air cap and suction pipe are seriously blocked; 2. There is no paint in the pot; 3. The stroke of the thimble is too small.

Solution: 1. Clean the air make-up hole, air cap and suction pipe on the lid; 2. Make up the paint in the pot; 3. Rotate the paint flow adjustment knob to increase the stroke of the needle valve.

Question 4: The phenomenon of paint leakage at the nozzle of the automatic spray gun

Cause analysis: 1. The thimble sealing nut is too tight; 2. There is a foreign body inside the automatic spray gun port; 3. The automatic spray gun and the thimble are not matched or damaged; 4. The thimble return spring is broken or not installed.

Solution: 1. Loosen the thimble sealing nut; 2. Clean the automatic spray gun; 3. Replace the automatic spray gun set; 4. Replace the thimble return spring or the thimble return spring on the device.
