Classification of wet flue gas desulfurization nozzles

The nozzles in the wet flue gas desulfurization system can be divided into single eccentric nozzles, double eccentric nozzles and spiral nozzles according to the spray form of the nozzles; according to the different inlet directions of the nozzles, they can be divided into tangential nozzles, axial nozzles and spiral nozzles.

1. Tangential nozzle, also known as hollow cone tangent nozzle, can be divided into hollow cone tangent desulfurization nozzle, double hollow cone tangent desulfurization nozzle and solid cone tangent desulfurization nozzle.

①Hollow cone tangential desulfurization nozzle refers to the desulfurization nozzle in which the slurry enters the nozzle vortex cavity from the tangential direction, generates a rotating motion, and after obtaining centrifugal force, it is ejected from the nozzle at a right angle to the inlet to form a hollow cone composed of numerous droplets.

②Double hollow cone tangential desulfurization nozzle means that the slurry enters the vortex cavity of the nozzle from the tangential direction, generates a rotating motion, and after obtaining centrifugal force, it is ejected from the upper and lower nozzles at right angles to the inlet at the same time, forming numerous mist droplets. hollow cone desulfurization nozzle. In the absorption tower, one nozzle sprays downwards and the other sprays upwards.

③Solid cone tangent desulfurization nozzle refers to the desulfurization nozzle in which the slurry enters the nozzle vortex cavity from the tangential direction, generates a rotating motion, and after obtaining centrifugal force, it is ejected from the nozzle at a right angle to the inlet to form a solid cone composed of numerous droplets. Different from the hollow cone tangential desulfurization nozzle, the top part of the closed end of the vortex chamber is turned to spray part of the liquid into the center of the spray area.

2. Axial nozzles are also called solid cone nozzles. The atomization streamline is a solid cone manifold. This nozzle makes the slurry form a swirl flow through the inner blades, and then sprays out of the nozzle along the axis of the nozzle.

3. Spiral nozzle refers to the desulfurization nozzle in which the slurry continuously changes direction after being tangent to the helix or is sprayed into a concentric shaft-shaped cone as the spiral body continuously decreases.
