Cleaning and Drying Process

1. An automatic feeding device delivers the 1000L lithium salt tank to the designated position and performs precise positioning.

2. The outer wall of the lithium salt tank is cleaned with cleaning agent and water to remove oil and impurities.

3. The inner wall of the lithium salt tank is thoroughly cleaned using an ultra-high pressure 3D tank washer, ensuring no residue.

4. The lithium salt tank is rinsed multiple times with clean water to ensure thorough cleaning.

5. The water in the cleaned lithium salt tank is drained, preparing it for the drying stage.

6. Start the drying system, using hot air circulation technology to blow hot air into the lithium salt tank to remove moisture.

7. Dust and odors generated during the drying process are filtered and discharged through the dust removal system.

8. When the moisture content inside the lithium salt tank reaches the set value, the drying system automatically stops working.
