100l Semi-automatic Cleaning and Drying Equipment for Material Hoppers
This semi-automatic barrel cleaning device consists of an explosion-proof control cabinet, a high-pressure pump, a PLC automatic control cabinet, a piping system, an automatic clamping-tilting-lifting device, a sensing device, and a barrel washer.
It features good stability. The barrel is transported to the tilting position, the sensor detects the barrel, the cylinder clamps the barrel, and the tilting mechanism rotates the barrel 180° to the cleaning or drying station.
The entire system is simple in structure, low in cost, highly efficient, and safe and reliable.
Features:
1. Manually place the material bucket on the platform and confirm its proper positioning.
2. Press the start button. The clamping mechanism begins operation, aligning and clamping the bucket. Immediately, the bucket tilting mechanism operates, rotating the bucket 180° to the cleaning position.
3. After the sensor detects the material bucket, the lifting mechanism operates, extending the cleaning head into the bucket.
4. The pump station starts operating, delivering high-pressure water through pipelines to the cleaning head. The fixed cleaning ball operates, initiating internal washing to clean the inside of the material bucket.
5. After cleaning, hot air is introduced. The internal drying interface connects to the flange at the bottom of the bucket. Clean air is heated, and the hot air creates convection, evaporating and expelling the moisture inside the bucket. Exhaust gas is discharged to the exhaust gas treatment equipment through the exhaust vent.
6. After drying, the lifting mechanism pulls the drying head out of the bucket. The bucket tilting mechanism operates, rotating the bucket 180°, and the bucket is manually removed.
7. Repeat the process for the next bucket.
