100L Small Drying Tower Cleaning Equipment

This equipment is specifically designed for cleaning the interior of a 100L small drying tower, offering both cleaning and drying functions.

It employs a multi-stage centrifugal pump, using rotating 360-degree nozzles to spray and clean the dirt inside the tower.

Heated nitrogen is used to dry the inside of the tank. Operation is switched via a cylinder’s horizontal movement, and the cylinder’s lifting and lowering extends the spray heads and nozzles into the tower.

Equipped with PLCHMI program control, the cleaning pressure and cleaning time are adjustable.

Cleaning Process

Manually place the cleaning tank into the cleaning platform, which is equipped with positioning fixtures.

Start the cleaning device; the tank clamping mechanism clamps the tower and rotates it 180 degrees.

Once in position, the nozzles rise and extend into the tower, then spraying begins. Spraying stops when the allotted time is up.

After the nozzles descend to their final position, the station shifts to the air blowing position. The air nozzles rise, and once in position, blowing begins. Blowing stops when the allotted time is up, and the station descends, the shifting mechanism returning to its initial position.
