100l Small Drying Tower Cleaning Equipment
This equipment is designed for cleaning the interior of small 100L drying towers, offering both cleaning and drying functions.
It utilizes a multi-stage centrifugal pump and a rotating 360-degree nozzle to spray and clean dirt within the tower.
It uses heated nitrogen to dry the drum. The cylinder moves horizontally to switch between operations, raising and lowering the spray head and nozzle into the tower.
Equipped with PLCHMI programmable control, it offers adjustable cleaning pressure and duration.
Cleaning Process
The cleaning bucket is manually placed onto the cleaning platform, which is equipped with a positioning fixture.
The cleaning device is activated, and the bucket clamping mechanism secures the tower and then rotates 180 degrees.
Once in position, the nozzle rises and extends into the tower, then begins spraying. The spraying timer stops.
After the nozzle descends into position, the station shifts to the air blowing station. The nozzle rises and begins blowing once in position. After the timer expires, the nozzle stops blowing and descends, and the horizontal mechanism returns to its original position.
After cleaning is complete, the drying tower is manually removed.
