5 Step Automated Drum Cleaning Process:

Step 1. Load & Laser-Align the Drum

The operator uses a forklift to move the 200L steel drum into the loading zone. The machine projects a laser crosshair from above, guiding precise drum positioning, no manual measuring or guesswork required.

Step 2. Clamp & Invert 180°

The clamping mechanism locks the drum securely in place, then rotates it 180° onto the cleaning platform, positioning it mouth-down. The inversion ensures cleaning fluid reaches every interior surface and allows full drainage by gravity.

Step 3. High-Pressure Spray Cleaning

Once the drum reaches the cleaning position, the spray cycle starts automatically. High-pressure water drives a 360° rotating nozzle, thoroughly flushing oil residues, sediment, and contaminants from all interior surfaces for the pre-set duration.

Step 4. Drip-Dry & Drain

After the spray cycle ends, the drum remains inverted for a short gravity drain period. Residual liquid drips out completely through the drum opening before the return rotation begins, no pooling, no carry-over contamination.
