Automatic Cleaning System for Mixing Tanks

A stirred tank is a reaction vessel commonly used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and materials. It uses a stirring system to mix, react, transfer heat, and mass materials within the vessel.

CYCO’s independently developed and manufactured automatic stirred tank cleaning equipment is primarily used for cleaning the inner walls of various stirred tanks and other containers. Featuring a PLC intelligent operating system, it allows for one-button start of cleaning, eliminating the need for manual entry. It provides a 360-degree three-dimensional rotating, comprehensive, and thorough cleaning solution that is highly efficient and fast.

Both stationary and mobile cleaning equipment are available, allowing for flexible configuration based on on-site cleaning conditions and needs. Nationwide on-site support is provided by professional sales engineers located in over 20 countries.

Features:

Mobile: The cleaning system equipment is manually pushed next to the reactor, aligned with the manhole, flanges locked, water, power, and air connected, and all parts confirmed to be ready for installation. (This step can be ignored for fixed systems.)

After the operator starts the cleaning operation with one button, the system enters cleaning mode. Cleaning is performed at three height points and symmetrically at two points along the center line of the tank. The cleaning time for each point can be manually controlled and changed via the touchscreen interface.

After cleaning the reactor, the retractor promptly retracts the water pipe, disconnects water, electricity, and gas, and loosens the adapter. The mobile reactor cleaning equipment can then be moved to the next reactor to be cleaned. (No movement is required for fixed systems.)

Each reactor takes approximately 9-20 minutes to clean, depending on the required cleanliness level.

Parameters and Features

Automatic Start/Stop Control: When cleaning begins, the main pump automatically starts; if the cleaning process needs to be paused, the cleaning water valve is closed, and the main pump will stop working and enter standby mode.

Angle-swing, tilting arm, and portable all-in-one adapter: These adapters allow for flexible adjustment of the cleaning angle and position, suitable for various cleaning needs, improving cleaning efficiency and effectiveness.

Rated pressure: 5-20 kg; Rated flow rate: 5-12 m³/h.

For safe operation, the high-pressure water pump is equipped with protective functions. These prevent the pump from operating without water to avoid damage. They also prevent the pump from overloading due to excessive pressure, protecting the pump body and system safety. Furthermore, they prevent the pump from overheating during prolonged operation, ensuring stable operation.

The high-pressure resistant hose can withstand pressures up to 50 Bar, ensuring safety and reliability during high-pressure cleaning. Quick-connect interfaces make hose connection and disassembly easier, reducing operation time and improving work efficiency.
