CIP cleaning system for tanks

CIP Cleaning System for Tanks

The fully automatic CIP cleaning system is widely used in modern large-scale fluid pharmaceutical factories, dairy factories, breweries, pharmaceutical factories, canneries, condiment factories and general food factories for pipes and tanks with high hygiene requirements for processing technology and production environment requirements. Equipment cleaning in place.

Fully automated CIP cleaning systems are widely used for on-site cleaning of pipelines, tank containers, and equipment in modern large-scale fluid pharmaceutical plants, dairy factories, breweries, pharmaceutical factories, canneries, condiment factories, and general food processing facilities that have high sanitary and production environmental requirements.

The CIP online cleaning system refers to the automatic cleaning of equipment (tanks, pipelines, pumps, filters, etc.) and entire production lines without the need for manual disassembly or opening. Within a predetermined time frame, a certain temperature cleaning solution is circulated through sealed pipelines to spray and clean the interior surfaces of the equipment, achieving the purpose of automatic cleaning. Different cleaning and disinfection processes should be developed for different locations, and different CIP cleaning systems should be controlled separately. The design of the CIP system should ensure its effective operation while considering factors such as flexibility, economy, safety, environmental protection, and reducing the likelihood of cross-contamination. Fermentation tanks should primarily undergo alkaline washing at room temperature, supplemented with periodic acid washing; sake tanks should undergo pressurized acid washing primarily, supplemented with periodic alkaline washing; pipeline cleaning should primarily involve high-temperature alkaline washing, supplemented with periodic acid washing. During the design process of the CIP system, key factors affecting normal system operation, such as cavitation issues, return liquid filtration, and circulation heating, should be carefully considered to enhance the perfection of the CIP system.

The working principle of the fully automated CIP cleaning system:

The CIP cleaning and disinfection system utilizes water dissolution, flushing flow, heat exchange, and the chemical action of cleaning agents to remove contaminants from the walls of tanks, equipment, and pipelines. The working principle of the fully automated CIP cleaning system controls the opening and closing of steam valves through temperature measurements obtained from thermoresistors; controls the opening and closing of water valves by measuring the high and low levels of liquid with pressure transmitters; controls the opening and closing of alkali and acid diaphragm valves based on the measured conductivity from a conductivity meter. The overall control process involves water addition and heating, alkali cleaning, hot water rinsing, acid cleaning, and hot water rinsing.

Composition of the fully automated CIP cleaning system:

The fully automated CIP cleaning system consists of acid tanks, alkali tanks, hot water tanks, pure water tanks, concentrated acid and alkali tanks, heat exchangers, various pipelines, pneumatic valves, pressure transmitters, conductivity meters, platinum resistance thermometers, and control systems.

Advantages of the fully automated CIP cleaning system equipment:

1) The fully automated CIP cleaning system uses a human-machine interface (touch screen) with graphical display, making it easier for operators to control and monitor.

2) The fully automated CIP cleaning machine can automatically detect, add liquid, discharge, display, and adjust cleaning solutions, ensuring reliable operation, high automation, simple operation, and excellent cleaning effects, thus meeting the sanitary requirements and production environmental requirements of modern large-scale fluid pharmaceutical and food processing industries.

3) Automatically adjusts the temperature of water, acid, alkali cleaning solutions, and hot water to various degrees.

4) Automatic or manual control can be freely selected by switching screens.

5) Special control can be made on-site and program modifications to meet specific customer requirements.

6) The fully automated CIP cleaning machine can achieve centralized control according to customer needs, meeting the requirements of the new version of GMP and industry-related inspection standards.

7) The flexible human-machine dialogue interface allows operators to easily select each operating procedure. The touch screen faithfully displays options and real-time monitoring of temperature, time, conductivity, etc., during various stages of actual production.

8) Reduces human errors, poses no safety hazards to personnel, reduces the space occupied by the factory, lowers costs, facilitates personnel operation, and avoids the occurrence of cross-contamination.
