Cip-dedicated Cleaning System for Reactors

CIP (Cleaning In Place) is a system that automatically cleans the inside of a reactor without disassembling the equipment. It uses a circulating pump, cleaning solution, and spray system to thoroughly rinse, decontaminate, and sterilize the reactor. It is commonly used in the pharmaceutical, food, bio-fermentation, and fine chemical industries.

1. The cleaning medium is water. One system sequentially cleans four reactors. The flow material is 304SS.

2. Fixed installation, achieving 360-degree cleaning without dead angles; pressure is adjustable.

3. PLCHIMI control, frequency converter to adjust pressure.

4. Pressure 20 bar, flow rate 8 m³/h
