CYCO’s automatic drying tower cleaning equipment is available in both fixed and mobile configurations. It utilizes three-dimensional high-pressure water jets to powerfully impact the tower walls, automatically and efficiently cleaning the drying tower from all angles.

Roll the Changyuan automatic high-pressure mobile cleaning system to the side of the drying tower and connect the water, electricity, and gas connections. (If the system is fixed, skip this step.)

Install the three-dimensional rotating cleaning nozzle through the manhole to the appropriate location inside the drying tower. Tighten the flange to ensure a secure fit (various connection methods are available).

The operator activates the high-pressure pump and nozzle via the PLC control system to begin cleaning. The cleaning time and nozzle rotation angle are set according to the cleaning requirements.

The touchscreen monitors the cleaning process in real time, allowing adjustments to ensure the desired results.

After cleaning, shut down the system, remove the nozzle and hose, and perform equipment maintenance and cleaning.
