The system includes upper and lower container storage areas, with square containers designed in two layers for automatic loading and unloading. The ground conveyor structure uses a plate chain drive and consists of multiple stations, including a loading station, a recycling station, an internal cleaning station, an external cleaning station, a water suction station, a water control station, and a disinfection station.

Workflow

**Loading and Preparation:** Material drums (e.g., tonnes) are placed in the upper drum storage area to await washing, and then conveyed to the upper drum station.

**Residual Liquid Recovery:** Residual liquid inside the drum is recovered and diluted.

**Internal Cleaning:** A lifting mechanism sends a 3D self-driven cleaner into the drum for automatic spherical scanning cleaning. Water pressure and flow rate can be adjusted as needed, and the cleaning time can be set arbitrarily.

**External Cleaning:** During internal cleaning, the steam heater on the internal cleaning mechanism automatically opens the steam valve to heat the area around the drum opening, softening the dirt layer. The drum then moves to the external cleaning station for automatic cleaning of the outer wall.

**Post-Processing:** Sludge removal, rinsing, draining, and disinfection are performed to ensure the material drum is clean and odorless.

**Unloading and Storage:** Cleaned material drums are automatically conveyed to the lower drum storage area.
