This machine integrates high-pressure water jetting, piping engineering, and a PLC control system. Utilizing three-dimensional high-pressure water automatic cleaning technology, it achieves 360° cleaning of the tank’s interior without blind spots. The powerful impact of the high-pressure water jet quickly peels away and cleans away dirt from the tank’s interior and the agitator shaft, resulting in excellent and comprehensive cleaning.

Cleaning Steps

1. During operation, start the high-pressure cleaner with one button. Control the three-dimensional rotating nozzle telescopic mechanism to extend into the tank, allowing the telescopic rod to extend and retract within the tank and move along the inner wall. The telescopic rod can avoid obstacles within the tank during movement. High-pressure water jets are ejected from rotating nozzles. As the cleaning nozzle rotates horizontally, the rotational force generated by the water jet drives the nozzle to rotate in the vertical plane. Due to the combined motion of the three-dimensional rotating nozzle and the telescopic rod, the high-pressure water jet can cover any area inside the tank, ultimately completing the cleaning.

2. Utilizing a PLC control system, the cleaning pressure, time, and flow rate can be adjusted according to actual conditions. The entire cleaning process can be carried out in a closed environment, avoiding the impact of wastewater splashing and exhaust gas volatilization on the surrounding environment. The system’s multi-point positioning easily avoids obstructions inside the tank, allowing the three-dimensional cleaning head to approach any area of ​​the tank wall at close range, ensuring a short jet impact distance and effective cleaning.

3. Only manual assistance is required throughout the process, improving the cleaning quality and efficiency inside the tank. In addition, relevant safety and explosion-proof equipment and measures can be equipped according to the actual production conditions on site to enhance the safety of the tank cleaning process.
