Mobile Reactor Cleaning Cart Cleaning Process

After initial positioning, open the manhole cover, raise the robotic arm, and push the mobile reactor cleaning cart. Roughly align the center of the manhole flange on the robotic arm with the center of the manhole (requiring the mobile system cart). Manually lower the cart while precisely aligning it with the tank manhole using the jog button, then lock it. Deactivate the foot brakes on the 4 swivel casters to prevent movement. Connect water, electricity, and gas, and confirm installation alignment and sealing.

After the operator starts the system, it enters semi-automatic cleaning mode. The entire cleaning process requires only one person to control. The cleaning time for each position can be manually set and changed by entering the information on the designated page on the touchscreen.

Estimated cleaning time: Approximately 20 minutes per tank, depending on customer cleanliness requirements and reactor size.

Equipped with a PLC control system, it can set cleaning programs according to cleaning conditions and automatically execute cleaning tasks, reducing the complexity of manual operation.

Three-dimensional rotating high-pressure water flow can quickly remove stubborn dirt and residues inside the reactor, ensuring thorough cleaning. It can cover every point, ensuring thorough cleaning without any blind spots.

The cleaning vehicle is equipped with wheels or tracks, allowing for easy movement to multiple reactors or other equipment locations for cleaning without the need for manual handling, adapting to various cleaning scenarios.

The cleaning angle, nozzle type, and pressure can be quickly adjusted according to the size and structure of different equipment, suitable for reactors, containers, or storage tanks of different sizes and shapes.
