Mobile Tank Cleaning Unit With Hose Reel

The equipment uses a multi-stage centrifugal pump as its core power source, coupled with frequency conversion pressure regulation, real-time pressure monitoring, and electromagnetic control. It can efficiently and thoroughly clean bottles and cans of various materials and volumes, and is widely applicable to various mobile bottle and can cleaning scenarios in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and warehousing industries.

The equipment can be flexibly equipped with various models of CYCO brand 3D nozzles, including CYCO-05, CYCO-02, and ROT-038, to meet the cleaning needs of the internal structures of small and medium-sized containers.

Workflow

1. Equipment Movement: Move the equipment next to the bottles/cans to be cleaned and lock the caster wheel brakes.

2. Piping Connection: Extend the cleaning hose using the DN20 hose reel. Select and securely install the appropriate long-range 3D nozzle (CYCO-05, CYCO-02, ROT-038, etc.) according to the characteristics of the bottles/cans to be cleaned. Connect the nozzle to the bottle/can cleaning interface and seal it.

3. Parameter Setting: Select cleaning process parameters via the 7-inch touchscreen or manually set the target pressure, cleaning time, etc.

4. Start-up: Click the “Start” button on the touchscreen. The control module starts the pump motor, the frequency converter adjusts the speed according to the set pressure, the solenoid valve automatically opens, and cleaning begins.

5. Real-time Monitoring: The touchscreen displays real-time data such as outlet pressure and running time. The pressure sensor continuously monitors the pressure status.

6. Stop Cleaning: When the set cleaning time is reached or the “Stop” button is manually clicked, the solenoid valve closes, and the pump motor gradually decelerates and stops.

7. Equipment Reset: Disconnect the piping connection, release the caster wheel brakes, and move the equipment to the designated storage location.
