Pulp Tank Cleaning System

To address the challenges of cleaning pulp tanks, CYCO has independently developed and manufactured an automated cleaning system equipped with three-dimensional rotating cleaning nozzles or fixed cleaning balls, enabling effective, comprehensive, and thorough cleaning without blind spots. Utilizing the powerful impact of high-pressure water jets, it removes fibers and sticky substances from tank walls and equipment surfaces. It offers wide coverage, thorough cleaning, and is suitable for tanks of various complex shapes. Operation is simple, with programmable control, reducing manual intervention and improving cleaning efficiency and safety.

Features:

Pulp tanks are commonly used in the papermaking industry for storing and processing pulp. Because pulp contains a large amount of fiber, resin, and other impurities, it is prone to sedimentation and scaling, which can affect production efficiency and product quality. Therefore, cleaning pulp tanks is crucial.

Fibers and impurities accumulate at the bottom and on the walls of the pulp tank, while resin and other sticky substances adhere to the tank walls and equipment surfaces, making them difficult to clean using traditional methods. Furthermore, pulp tanks are typically large, requiring extensive cleaning, resulting in a large workload and low efficiency for manual cleaning. The complex internal environment also poses safety hazards, making manual cleaning risky.

CYCO Pulp Tank Cleaning Equipment Cleaning Process:

1. Confirm that the cleaning equipment and materials are in good condition. Close the inlet and outlet valves of the pulp tank and drain the pulp and water from the tank.

2. Install the 3D rotating nozzle in a suitable position inside the pulp tank through the manhole or other inlet. Connect the high-pressure pump, hose, and control system, ensuring all connections are secure.

3. The operator starts the high-pressure pump through the control system to begin cleaning. Set the cleaning time and nozzle rotation angle according to the specific conditions of the pulp tank.

4. Adjust the cleaning parameters appropriately based on the cleaning effect.

5. After cleaning is complete, turn off the high-pressure pump and disassemble the nozzle and hose. Check the cleaning effect of the pulp tank. If there is any residue, perform localized supplementary cleaning.
