Reactor CIP Special Cleaning System
CIP (Cleaning in Place) is a system that automatically cleans the interior of a reactor without disassembling the equipment. It utilizes a circulating pump, cleaning fluid, and a spray system to fully flush, decontaminate, and sterilize the reactor. It is commonly used in the pharmaceutical, food, bio-fermentation, and fine chemical industries.
Performance Characteristics
- The cleaning medium is water, and one system is responsible for cleaning four reactors in sequence. The flow-through material is 304SS.
- Fixed installation allows for 360-degree cleaning without blind spots, and the pressure is adjustable.
- PLCHMI control with variable frequency drive for pressure adjustment.
- Pressure: 20 bar, flow rate: 8 m³/h
Features:
