Reactor Cylinder Telescopic Cleaning System
The CYCO cylinder-driven lifting cleaning system utilizes pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders to drive the cleaning device in a telescopic motion, allowing for precise control of the cleaning head’s position and angle.
It is suitable for the inner walls and complex structures of reaction vessels, stirred tanks, or storage tanks, where precise positioning or localized cleaning is required. It is widely used in precision industries or for high-demand cleaning tasks.
Features:
The cylinder, driven by compressed air or hydraulic pressure, propels the vessel cleaning head to extend and retract along a pre-set trajectory. During this extension and retraction, the cleaning head sprays high-pressure water or cleaning agent, covering every area inside the vessel for efficient cleaning.
The equipment consists of a cylinder, support frame, flange, nozzle connecting rod, vessel cleaning nozzle, high-pressure pump, piping, and control system. The control system includes a pneumatic or hydraulic control unit, enabling precise adjustment of the extension length, speed, and position.
Employing a PLC control system, one machine can power multiple lifting and cleaning devices, and can preset cleaning programs and parameters for automated operation.
