Rigid Rod Lifting System: Simple and Durable:

The CYCO reactor rigid rod lifting cleaning system utilizes a mechanical rigid rod structure. A motor or hydraulic system drives the rigid rod to achieve vertical lifting. The cleaning head is fixed to the end of the rigid rod, and its position is adjusted mechanically during cleaning. The structure is relatively simple and highly durable. It remains stable under high-pressure water flow and is not prone to swaying.

Features of the Rigid Rod Lifting Reactor Cleaner:

The rigid rod mechanism enables the lifting of the cleaning nozzle, ensuring the accuracy, thoroughness, and efficiency of the cleaning process.

A high-pressure pump pressurizes the nozzles, reaching up to 1000 kg, using high-pressure water jets or cleaning fluid to powerfully rinse the reactor interior, agitator, and other areas, removing stubborn dirt and residue.

Selecting the appropriate fixed or rotating cleaning ball based on the cleaning conditions ensures comprehensive cleaning of the entire reactor wall from different angles, with different mist patterns and pressures.

Employing a PLC control system, one machine can power multiple lifting cleaning units. It can preset cleaning programs and parameters for automated operation.
