Reel-Type Telescopic Device

The reel-type telescopic device uses a motor-driven reel to control the extension and retraction of the telescopic rod. Combined with a high-efficiency tank cleaning nozzle, it achieves comprehensive cleaning of the tank interior.

This key feature is the flexible storage and operation of the telescopic rod via the reel. It is suitable for cleaning medium-to-large tanks, where space is limited, or where rapid deployment and retraction are required.

Components

Reel: The main component that stores the telescopic rod, with a winding groove to ensure even retraction and extension of the rod.
Drive Motor: Drives the reel through a speed reducer, enabling automatic retraction and extension of the telescopic rod.
Tension Control System: Ensures smooth retraction and extension of the telescopic rod, preventing tangling or jamming.
Telescopic Rod: Commonly constructed of lightweight, corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel or PTFE. It features a retractable design and internal piping for delivering cleaning fluid. Its length is customizable to suit various tank heights and diameters.
Tank Washing Nozzle: The rotating nozzle features a built-in rotation mechanism that allows it to spray cleaning fluid at multiple angles, ensuring full coverage of the tank wall. The high-pressure nozzle adjusts the spray pressure to suit different soil types.
Adaptive Function: Some high-end models are equipped with a detection sensor that adjusts the cleaning intensity based on soiling severity.
Cleaning Fluid System: A reservoir stores cleaning fluid. A high-pressure pump delivers high-pressure cleaning fluid. A piping system connects the cleaning fluid system to the cleaning head.
Control System: The electrical control cabinet integrates the control modules for the motor drive, reel operation, and cleaning head rotation. The human-machine interface (HMI) allows for configuration of cleaning parameters (such as pressure, path, and time). Automated programs automatically control the cleaning path and time.
Securing and supporting devices: Mounting brackets securely secure the device to the tank opening. A sealing mechanism prevents leakage of cleaning fluid during the cleaning process.
