Automatic rotary cylinder cleaning system, also known as automatic cylinder cleaning system, is used to clean cubic agitated tanks and cylinders.The system controls the opening of the water pump and the action of the valves and hydraulic mechanisms through the electronic control system. It utilizes the rotating brush with the cleaning liquid to carry out three-dimensional and non-blind spot circulation cleaning of the tank. The working mode of the system is fully automatic, and the operator only needs to monitor and assist the whole cleaning process.

Workflow of the Cleaning Equipment
1. Use the forklift to transfer the cylinder to the internal cleaning station and set the position. 2. Internal cleaning is done with MD high pressure cleaner.
3. The cleaning time is 2-4 minutes, when the cleaning is finished, the cleaning nozzle stops working and rises to the initial position, waiting for the next cleaning.

Workflow of Cleaning Line
1. Manually push the cylinder into the upper bucket position with the opening facing upwards so that the sensor detects the cylinder.
2. The turning mechanism turns the cylinder 180° to the transition conveyor line. 3. The conveyor line drives the cylinder to the DMF internal washing station. The lifting mechanism closes the door of the cleaning room. DMF is pressurized by the pump station to form high pressure and transported through the pipeline to the rotary cleaning nozzle. The lifting mechanism rises to drive the rotary cleaning nozzle into the cylinder, and then spray high-pressure water to clean the inside of the barrel, followed by a return flow to the solvent tank.
(Note: the water used for internal washing is collected by the waste liquid collection system). 4. A rotating spray nozzle cleans the outside of the cylinder 360° without dead angle.
5. Conveyor line conveys the cylinder to the de-watering and drying position. First, blow off the excess water inside and outside the cylinder, and then use hot air to dry the remaining water with an effective drying rate of 95%.
6. Convey the cylinder to the transition position. 7. After arriving at the overturning station, the clamping mechanism clamps the barrel, and the overturning mechanism turns the barrel over 180°, then loosens the clamping mechanism.
8. After manually concentrating the barrels to the designated area, the cleaning cycle of the cylinder is completed.
