The working mode of this system for cleaning agitated tanks, fermentation tanks, tanks, reaction kettles, water tanks, bilges and other vessels cleaning system is fully automatic operation, which requires the operator to monitor and assist the entire cleaning process.

Pump protection – anti-idling, anti-holding pressure and overload, anti-overheating.

Automatic start and stop – the main pump starts automatically when cleaning starts. If the cleaning process needs to pause, close the water, and the valve main pump will stop working to standby state. After opening the water valve again, the main pump will start working again.

Hygienic hose – hygienic composite hose with 1000 Bar pressure resistance and hygienic quick-fit connections.

System configuration – high-pressure pumping station group + control system + central distribution pipeline (16-way).
Control valve (16-way) + fixed kettle cleaning system.
(2 sets of cleaning system for each kettle)

System flow– flange actuator opens →→ coiled tubing device releases pipe →→ 3D cleaner enters into the reaction kettle →→ high-pressure pumping station group starts →→ control coiled tubing device height positioning and multi-stage cleaning program →→ high-pressure pumping station group stops after cleaning is completed →→ control coiled tubing device collects pipe →→ flange actuator closes.
