Performance Characteristics of IBC Drum Cleaning System:
- High Mechanical Action: Combining pressure and flow to generate powerful impact jet streams, with several times the impact force of other products. This enables larger cleaning distances and coverage. The kinetic energy of the flushing water produced by the high-pressure pump effectively removes residues on the container walls. The positive impact force from the vertical direction helps penetrate dirt, while the tangential force aids in scraping residues off the container walls.
- Low Leakage: With only 3% leakage, 97% of the cleaning fluid is used for cleaning. This allows the three-dimensional rotating nozzle to maximize mechanical force, greatly reducing reliance on time, chemical reactions, and temperature. IBC three-dimensional rotating cleaning nozzles save water, time, and energy, requiring only 20%-50% of the consumption compared to other products.
- Truly Achieves Three-dimensional Cleaning: It has precise, fully repeatable, reliable, and close injection trajectories, as well as guiding impact, providing 360° spherical full coverage. The 2-5 minute cleaning time reduces downtime for drums, decreases resource consumption, and consequently lowers wastewater treatment costs. Thorough cleaning reduces chemical usage and environmental pollution.
- Standardized Model Configuration: All parts undergo precision processing, and components of the same model have strong interchangeability, making maintenance simple and convenient to ensure efficient cleaning.
Advantages of IBC Drum Automated Cleaning Line:
- Independently designed according to customer conditions, fully automated internal and external cleaning, disinfection, and drying. Simple operation, stable performance, and high cleaning efficiency.
- Each drum can be cleaned in approximately 2-5 minutes, saving labor and resources, significantly improving production efficiency, and reducing labor intensity.
- Solves the difficulty in hiring cleaning workers, significantly improving the working environment and promoting environmental protection.
- The system can be equipped with high, medium, and low-pressure cleaning options to address various cleaning requirements.
- The system adopts precision 360° full-coverage high-pressure three-dimensional cleaning heads, providing strong impact force with low liquid consumption.
- Only 1-2 operators are required for operation, resulting in high economic benefits. The investment cost can be quickly recovered, while quality and production capacity are greatly improved.

Operation Process of IBC Drum Cleaning Line:
- The operator uses an electric forklift to place the PE ton drum onto the cleaning roller. The ton drum is pushed to a fixed position, and the bottom drain valve is opened.
- After confirming that there is sufficient cleaning solution in the storage tank, the system is started. The roller conveyor transports the ton drum into the cleaning room. Multiple nozzles positioned on the side and top start spraying water for external cleaning, while the rotating mechanism begins rotating. External cleaning is completed in about 2 minutes, and then the ton drum is transferred to the next roller conveyor for internal cleaning. Once properly positioned, the lifting mechanism lowers the sealing cover and washing head into the opening of the ton drum. The nozzles start 360-degree cleaning.
- After the set cleaning time elapses, the cleaning process automatically stops, and the automatic door opens. The ton drum exits the cleaning room onto the next roller conveyor. The inclined top mechanism tilts the ton drum to pour out the remaining water.
- Once the process is complete, the ton drum moves onto the next conveyor line, the bottom drain valve is closed, and the forklift removes the ton drum. This cycle repeats.
