Dust Control Fog Column
The main component of the construction site dust suppression fog column system is a rotating high-pressure high-altitude sprayer. High-pressure water is sprayed through the sprayer, creating a white mist of water particles that contain a large number of negative ions. These ions combine with positive ion dust particles in the air, efficiently cleaning polluted air and causing it to fall to the ground like fine drizzle. This system operates on the principle of atmospheric water mist cleaning. High-altitude spray points are set up in areas where dust and haze need to be controlled, combining with the fog dust suppression method to create a full-coverage micron-sized water particle curtain in the local area. Through a series of effective combinations such as automated control, the system can reduce PM2.5 and PM10 levels in the controlled area by approximately 60%-98%.
