Siphoning is a hydrodynamic phenomenon that draws liquids without the use of a pump. A siphon atomizing nozzle produces a finer droplet spray by increasing the gas pressure or decreasing the liquid pressure, resulting in a higher gas flow rate to liquid flow rate ratio. The fine droplet spray produced by the siphon atomizing nozzle can volatilize and humidify the surrounding environment very well. This nozzle is an ideal choice for places requiring effective humidity control. The special internal structure design enables the liquid and gas to be mixed evenly to produce a spray of fine droplet size. Typically, finer (30 micron or so) droplet sprays are obtained by increasing the gas pressure or decreasing the liquid pressure, resulting in a higher gas to liquid flow rate ratio.
The siphon atomizing nozzle can adjust the liquid flow, and can also produce the required spray without changing the air pressure and liquid pressure, so it has strong adaptability. Each spray unit consists of an air cap and liquid bristles, capable of providing fan and circular spray patterns and a wide flow range. The nozzle body inlet fittings are available in a variety of sizes to fit most commonly used pipes. The above nozzle components are interchangeable, which provides flexibility for obtaining different spray properties.
