Types of Gas Scrubbing Nozzles

Spiral Nozzles: These nozzles create a full cone spray pattern with a high flow rate, suitable for heavy-duty scrubbing applications.
Hollow Cone Nozzles: Producing a circular spray with a hollow center, these are used when a large surface area is needed for gas-liquid contact with minimal liquid usage.
Full Cone Nozzles: These provide a uniform distribution of liquid in a conical pattern, ideal for general-purpose scrubbing where thorough coverage is required.
Flat Fan Nozzles: Creating a thin, fan-shaped spray, these are used in applications where a wide coverage is necessary, often in tandem with other nozzles for complete scrubbing coverage.
