Product Overview:
CYCO 36500 is a self-rotating PTFE tank washing nozzle purpose-built for Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems. Unlike fixed spray balls, the 36500 is driven entirely by the reaction force of the cleaning fluid passing through it. No motor, gearbox, or external power source is required.
As cleaning liquid exits the nozzle orifices, the resulting reactive force causes the spray head to rotate, sweeping the spray pattern across the interior tank surface for more even, dynamic coverage than a static nozzle can achieve.
Constructed from Teflon (PTFE)Â for resistance to acidic, alkaline, and corrosive cleaning agents, the 36500 can clean and rinse effectively even at low operating pressure. It is well-suited for tanks, reactors, and vessels across many industries where energy-efficient, low-maintenance CIP cleaning is required.

How It Works:
The 36500 is a fluid-reaction-driven self-rotating nozzle with no external power source.
As pressurized cleaning fluid passes through the angled nozzle orifices, the reactive thrust generated by the exiting jets causes the entire spray head to rotate continuously. This rotation sweeps the spray pattern across a wider arc of the tank’s interior surface than a fixed-pattern nozzle, improving coverage uniformity.
Because rotation is generated entirely by the cleaning fluid itself, the 36500 can be installed in CIP loops without wiring, motors, or compressed air lines, simplifying installation and reducing points of failure.
Key Features:
- Fluid-Driven Self-Rotating Design
Powered entirely by the cleaning fluid, the spray head rotates automatically without the need for electricity, compressed air, or external motors, reducing installation complexity and maintenance costs.
- Adjustable Spray Angle
Available in 180°, 270°, and 360° spray patterns, providing thorough internal cleaning and uniform coverage for tanks of various sizes and configurations.
- Ideal for CIP Cleaning Systems
Specifically designed for Clean-in-Place (CIP) applications, delivering reliable and repeatable cleaning performance without requiring tank disassembly.
- Wide Flow & Pressure Range
Operates efficiently with flow rates from 15 to 1,490 L/min and working pressures between 0.7 and 3.5 bar, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial cleaning processes.
- Long Service Life
Equipped with durable PTFE (Teflon) bearing components, offering excellent wear resistance, smooth rotation, and reliable performance even under continuous operation.
- Easy Installation & Low Maintenance
Compact construction fits tank openings from 50–180 mm and can be easily cleaned or rinsed under low pressure, minimizing downtime and maintenance effort.
