Design Features:
- Strict control of droplet size and spray coverage make CFM nozzles ideal for flue gas conditioning in furnaces, cooling towers, flues, dryers, etc.
- The multi-stage atomization process uses as little air as possible to produce extremely tiny droplets.
- The small droplets allow each liter of liquid to form a larger surface area, completely absorbed, and no wet walls or bottom.
- The higher flow rate ensures stable air pressure regardless of changes in liquid or flow rate.
- A single nozzle can emit a larger flow of water, thereby reducing the total number of nozzles required for cooling.
- 303, 316 and 310 stainless steel are standard materials, with Hastelloy options available for use in more severe environments.
- The extra-large free and smooth channel makes the water quality requirements of the water source more flexible.
- Long-lasting components eliminate the need for frequent maintenance and special tools to replace parts.
- Lightweight standard long-tube spray guns are available at any time (the gun body can be bent at angles of 0°, 30°, 45° and 90° according to user requirements); at the same time, we can also customize long-tube spray guns that meet strict technical requirements for customers.

Application:
Denitrification spray guns are mostly used in chain furnaces, pulverized coal furnaces, and furnace SNCR denitration work in cement plants, power plants, steel plants, and waste incineration plants to make NOx emissions meet standard requirements. Mainly, compressed air and ammonia are atomized to form fine atomized particles, which are then mixed with flue gas to undergo a chemical reaction, thereby purifying harmful gases in the flue gas and meeting flue gas emission standards.
