Product Overview:
CY10 rotating cleaning nozzle is a fluid-driven, 360° rotary tank and bottle cleaning nozzle engineered for thorough, efficient, repeatable cleaning with zero dead zones.
Four corner-positioned drive nozzles rotate simultaneously on both axial and radial axes, tracing a precise, overlapping spray path that covers every interior surface, including tops, bottoms, and sidewalls. As one pair of nozzles completes a cleaning pass, the opposing pair supplements coverage to ensure full 360° cleaning in all directions.
With a maximum cleaning diameter of 8 meters and a minimum tank opening of Φ280mm, the CY10 is ideal for bottles, jars, drums, fermentation vessels, and process tanks across food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, and dairy applications.

How It Works:
CY10 rotating cleaning nozzle delivers complete 360° internal cleaning through a precision dual-axis rotation system, entirely powered by your existing fluid supply.
Step 1. Activate:
Connect to your cleaning line at 3–10 bar. Incoming fluid immediately drives the four corner nozzles into motion with zero setup beyond your existing CIP piping.
Step 2. Dual-Axis Rotation:
The nozzles rotate simultaneously on both axial and radial axes, creating the dense, overlapping spherical spray mesh shown above. This compound motion ensures every angle of the vessel interior is reached, including areas single-axis spray balls consistently miss.
Step 3. High-Impact Jet Impingement:
Unlike static spray balls that rely on low-pressure film flow, the CY10 fires a concentrated, high-velocity jet directly onto the vessel wall, actively breaking down stubborn residues, deposits, and contaminants rather than simply rinsing them.
Step 4. Complete 360° Coverage:
As one pair of nozzles sweeps a pass, the opposing pair supplements coverage in real time, eliminating blind spots across sidewalls, top dome, and bottom. A full cleaning cycle completes in 5–35 minutes, depending on vessel size and pressure setting.
Key Features:
- True 360° Coverage, No Dead Zones
Dual-axis rotation (axial + radial) creates an overlapping spray mesh that reaches every corner of the vessel interior.
- High-Impact Concentrated Jet
Unique steady-flow nozzle design concentrates water flow for maximum impact force, removing stubborn residues other cleaners miss.
- Adjustable for Any Tank Size
Select nozzle angle to match your vessel diameter. Larger tanks = narrower fan angle for maximum penetration.
- Food-Grade & Chemical-Resistant Materials
Body: SU5304 stainless steel + PTFE. Withstands temperatures up to 100°C and is compatible with water, weak acids, and weak alkali solutions.
- Fluid-Driven, No External Power Needed
Operates purely on water pressure (3–10 bar). No electrical connections, no pneumatic supply required.
- Easy Installation
G2 external thread connection. Tank opening ≥ Φ280mm. Works with existing CIP piping.

Applications:
CY10 rotating cleaning nozzle is engineered for internal cleaning of enclosed vessels where manual cleaning is impractical or cost-prohibitive:
• Food & Beverage: Fermentation tanks, brew kettles, syrup vats, juice processing vessels, sauce and condiment jars
• Pharmaceutical & Biotech: Reactors, mixing vessels, formulation tanks requiring validated CIP cleaning
• Dairy: Milk storage and processing tanks, cream separators
• Chemical Processing: Drums, IBCs, intermediate tanks with weak acid/alkali residues
• Industrial & Cosmetics: Drums, containers, spray-dried product vessels
Performance Reference:
Flow Rate vs Pressure: At 3 bar, flow rate starts at approximately 410 L/min, increasing to ~740 L/min at 10 bar, giving you flexibility to balance cleaning intensity with water consumption.
Cleaning Diameter vs Pressure: Operating at 5 bar delivers a cleaning reach of approximately 4.5 m; increasing to 8 bar extends coverage to around 7 m. For maximum 8m+ coverage, operate at 9–10 bar.

FAQs
Q1: What is the minimum tank opening required?
CY10 requires a minimum tank inlet of Φ280mm for insertion and installation.
Q2: Does CY10 rotating tank nozzle require an external motor or power source?
No. The cleaning head is entirely fluid-driven; rotation is powered by your existing water/cleaning solution flow at 3–10 bar.
Q3: Can I use cleaning chemicals with this nozzle?
Yes. CY10 is compatible with water, weak acids, and weak alkali solutions. The PTFE and SU5304 construction ensures chemical resistance.
Q4: How long does a cleaning cycle take?
Typical cycle time is 5–35 minutes, depending on tank size, soil level, pressure, and cleaning medium.
Q5: How does CY10 rotating nozzle differ from a standard spray ball?
Static spray balls rely on gravity and low-pressure film flow; they can’t remove heavy residues. CY10 uses high-impact, dual-axis rotating jets that actively scrub the tank interior at up to 10 bar, providing a far superior cleaning force.
