Product Overview:
CYCO K4 6160 and 10250 are high-flow, fixed (static) tank washing nozzles engineered for thorough 360° interior cleaning of industrial tanks, reaction vessels, storage tanks, and tanker trucks.
Using a shower-like solid-cone spray pattern, both nozzles deliver a large volume of relatively fine droplets at low-to-medium pressure (1.5–3.5 bar), achieving complete surface coverage without any rotating parts.
The 6160 model handles tanks up to 3.1 meters in diameter via a 1½-inch connection, while the 10250 scales up to 6.7-meter tanks through a 3-inch port, with the option of a 1.5-inch bottom outlet for deep-tank pipe-extension configurations.
Both models feature removable nozzle caps and inner cores for quick field cleaning, easy flow-rate adjustment, and hassle-free maintenance.
Key Features:
- Solid-Cone Spray for Complete 360° Coverage
Both the 6160 and 10250 generate a solid-cone spray pattern that distributes a high volume of relatively fine droplets across the entire interior surface of the tank in a single operation. No rotating parts, no dead zones, and no re-cleaning cycles.
- Adjustable Flow Rate via Interchangeable Nozzle Tips
Flow rate is easily tuned by swapping the full-cone spray nozzle size:
- 6160: Use 1/4″ or 1/8″ tips for fine flow control (35–230 L/min range)
- 10250: Use 1/2″, 3/4″, or 1″ tips for high-volume applications (up to 1470 L/min)
No new assemblies required; change the tip.
- Removable Nozzle Caps & Inner Cores for Easy Maintenance
Each nozzle cap can be individually removed in the field without special tools. The internal spray core is equally easy to extract for inspection, cleaning, or replacement.
This modular design dramatically reduces downtime during routine maintenance compared to sealed, single-piece spray balls.
- Large-Diameter Tank Access
The 6160 fits tank openings as small as 130 mm (1½” pipe connection), while the 10250 accommodates 230 mm+ openings (3″ pipe connection).
For tanks that require extra depth, the 10250-1 variant includes a 1.5″ bottom outlet for pipe-extension configurations combined with a 6160 nozzle assembly at the end.
- 316L Stainless Steel for Maximum Corrosion Resistance
Constructed entirely from 316L stainless steel, both models withstand aggressive industrial cleaning agents, elevated temperatures, and demanding process environments, making them a reliable long-term choice for chemical processing, pharmaceutical, and food-grade tank cleaning.
