Design features:

  3. Long-lasting and durable: Nozzle body and cap are made of 303 stainless steel. The nozzle core and orifice are available in M-type and Y-type tungsten carbide materials, or other materials are available upon request.

Advantages:

  1. Maximum free path reduces the chance of clogging and increases production time.
  2. Inner core with at least two slots provides a more uniform bulk density than a single slot and also minimizes pressure drop.
  3. The anti-hanging whisker design reduces deposition in the orifice, minimizing contamination and localized build-up.
  4. The pressure is up to 7,000 psi (450 bar) when tightened by hand, which simplifies maintenance and eliminates the need for tools.
  5. Integrated check valve prevents liquid from flowing into the column.
  6. Self-draining and smooth finish on outside surfaces for no sanitary dead spots.
  7. With the inlaid vortex guide chamber, the liquid passes through the guide vanes at high pressure to form a centrifugal hollow mist chisel with very small particles.

Interchangeable orifice insert/core combinations:

  1. KSK nozzles are available with 145 interchangeable orifice insert/core combinations.
  2. Flow rates range from 3.9 to 151 gph at 1000 psi (14.9 to 576 L/hr at 70 bar).
  3. High flow orifice insert/core combinations used at lower pressures minimize nozzle and pump wear.
  4. Maximum pressure is 7000psi (450bar).
