Design features:
- Adopt one-piece vortex chamber design, the end is similar to other nozzles.
- The vortex chamber and orifice are made of special tungsten carbide material, which provides superior wear resistance.
- All parts are secured to the nozzle cap for quick, easy loading and unloading.
- Hand tightening is sufficient to achieve 10,000 psi (690 bar) working pressure without the use of special tools.
- Higher rated standard pressure of 10,000 psi (690 bar).
- Maximum free passage helps reduce the chance of clogging, extends production run time, and reduces the need for repairs.

KSV nozzles produce a hollow cone spray with a very uniform size and distribution of droplets. With over 700 combinations of vortex chamber and orifice patterns, the required precision performance can be obtained.
The flow rates range from 15.6 to 968 gph at a pressure of 1000 psi (59.7 to 3692 L/h at 70 bar).
The combination of high flow orifices and gyratory chambers operating at lower pressures reduces nozzle and pump wear.
