Operation Process of the Oil Drum Cleaning Machine

Manual Loading:
Place the 200L drum on the cleaning platform equipped with a positioning fixture and error-proof design.
Automatic Spray Cleaning:
- Nozzle rises and extends into the barrel.
- Spray cleaning begins once the correct position is reached.
- Spraying stops automatically after the preset time.
Automated Drying:
- Drum lowers into position and shifts horizontally to the drying station.
- Air nozzle rises and extends into the drum.
- Compressed air blowing begins, then stops after the set drying time.
Completion:
- Nozzle retracts, transverse mechanism returns to its starting position.
- Cleaning and drying cycle is complete.
- Operator manually removes the cleaned drum.
